Lose weight fast: Well, the goal should be to lose weight in a healthy way and keep it off permanently. Trying to lose weight rapidly with an extreme "crash" diet is a setup for failure, or the yo-yo effect. Eat healthy (cut back on carbs and sugar and eat more lean protein and veggies) and do cardiovascular exercise (not walking but running, cycling, swimming, elliptical, zumba, etc).
