Poor, slow healing..: May be normal as we age or could be indicative of an underlying disorder such as diabetes. If this is a new issue for you, i would suggest seeing your doctor for an examination and a few basic laboratory tests.

More info needed: Before your question can be answered, there is a lot of information needed. Do you have them all over your body or just on the lower extremities ? Do you scratch yourself from itching or do the sores suddenly appear ? Is there anyone in your house that has the same sores or are you the only one ? Is this the first time these sores have occurred or have you had this before ?
