Yogic Breathing/walk: It is a common problem. It requires conscious effort to relax in beteeen rushed hours of work and deadlines. Deep breathing(yogic breathing) is one way to relax your muscles once or twice during the day even if you can do this for 5 minutes..Just close your eyes and focus on your breath. It works! if you ahve time take a 5-10 minute walk outside your working area...This can do wonders.

Supposed to..: As there are no fda data on similar food supplements, one can never be sure of the accuracy of claimed effects. It is supposed to decrease oxidative stress and probably does no harm, however it is expensive and may offer little help.

Exercise done regularly lowers circulating stressor hormones in the body, most specifically catecholamines (adrenalin/noradrenalin), and cortisol. Lowering these levels decreases the feeling of anxiety. You also sleep well.
