Depression: Depression is a serious illness. It is highly treatable with meds or therapy or both. Eat properly, exercise properly, get enough sleep, avoid drugs and alcohol and see your doc to make sure all is physically okay with you first. Then treat the depression if that is all okay. Therapy and or meds will often help, but other lifestyle factors are important too. Get seen, good luck!

Depression: You have classic symptoms of depression. This is not your fault and you can't get over it by yourself otherwise it would already be gone because it feels awful. So here is what I want you to do. First thing is to go see your doctor. Tell them what is going on and how your feel, let it all out. They should give you some medicine to help and maybe also send you to a therapist. It will all help
