Sense of welbeing: Some time anxiety does affect your chances of pregnancy, more relaxed you are the better the chances of getting pregnant. I don't know what you mean by chemical pregnancy, but treating your anxiety if its overwhelming will help.

Your baby shoul be: Fine and lifting will hit you not your baby unless you have started to dilate or have been told your cervix is weak and are at risk of early labor then lifting could be a risk for early delivery. Ask your doctor to be sure.

Late period: Don't stress, it is very unlikely. If your period does not come in next day just go to an urgent care and get a blood pregnancy test . Stress can affect your period.

if you have a child with adhd, does this mean were you severely emotionally stressed during pregnancy?

No: Adhd is just a group of symptoms. In my opinion, it is not a disease. The diagnosis is based on a checklist of subjective symptoms. Kids can have focus and behavior problems but it does not mean they have adhd. It means they have some underlying medical or educational problem that can be treated without psychiatric drugs.

i have anxiety disorder and pregnant and entire pregnancy i have been stressed anxious and nervous..can this affect my baby in any way?

Possibly: but not likely.  Severe stress could affect stress hormones in a negative way.  Consider meditation, light exercise as non-pharmacological ways of dealing with stress while pregnant.  Yoga tailored to pregnancy may help as well, if you can find an appropriate instructor.

i am 8 weeks pregnant. are massages safe during pregnancy? there are a lot of conflicts online about massages not being safe. what massages can i do? i am quite stressed and need some form of relief and tension. what is safe?

Most things are safe: In the first 2 months of pregnancy, an embryo is nonexistent to tiny, so physical activities should have no effect. If a later pregnancy is normal, then mild to moderate exercise will not make the pregnancy any more or any less successful. What will be, will be. Women even do sports activities early in pregnancy (Later in pregnancy, they do get larger changes in bodily weight and balance).
