Sense of welbeing: Some time anxiety does affect your chances of pregnancy, more relaxed you are the better the chances of getting pregnant. I don't know what you mean by chemical pregnancy, but treating your anxiety if its overwhelming will help.

Stress & fertility: Stress can dysregulate your menstrual cycle due to hypothalamic-pituitary influence on ovarian function. Ovulation can become inconsistent, which disturbs your fertility. If having "massive anxiety, " it's time to get help with this. A psychologist might be able to help you without adding medications that could be problematic during pregnancy. There are some relatively safe ones if need be.
