See OB, lower stress: Please discuss this with your OB doctor and then get into therapy to lower your stress. I have heard that there may be 1 or 2 therapists somewhere in jersery :). Otc you can try l-theanine, chamomile tea, passionflower to decrease anxiety, if depressed, please see a psychiatrist and a therapist.

iv been really stressed and my period has been a little weird. i didn't get my period one month then i got it this month on the 2nd and todays the 22nd and im spotting, is this normal for a 16 year old?

Irregular : Irregular periods are very common, especially in young women. Stress is a very real cause of abnormal or absent cycles. If there is a chance you could be pregnant, a pregnancy test should be done. Lastly if your abnormal cycles are an issue for you, you can start birth control pills in order to regulate your cycle. You will need to see a doctor for this.

i have been under crazy stress, and skipped my period last month. i thought i had started yesterday, but all day it was just light, brown blood. why?

If pg possible, test: Check a pg test to be sure, anytime your period is abnormal, in length, symptoms, or timing and have sex.  Repeat in a week and if negative, and you miss another period, see your doc to find out why.  Follow the instructions on the kit, and be sure it has not expired, too.  Also, infections can occur, if you are at risk of pregnancy. So get checked for those if your pg test is negative.

i used protection and there was no sperm involved. i've been stressing alot and my period is late. i have all the symptoms of pms . including cramps.

Don't stress: If you are worried about pregnancy take a home pregnancy test. If you are not pregnant it could be you are about to start your period.

Yes: All of the conditions you mentioned can affect your heart.  If you are suffering any of these consult your doctor for symptom relief.  Psychotherapy may also help you deal with these issues.

: Do a home pregnancy test. Use first morning urine. It is unlikely that you are pregnant, but it urine test does not settle the issue, get a blood test for HCG level.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. 
Get HPV and Covid vaccines.

Hard to guess: Some causes of a late period include: excessive weight loss or weight gain, increased exercising, emotional stress, having an illness, traveling, medicines (like birth control pills), hormonal imbalances, etc…  Pregnancy is a common cause of a missed period, if having sex. Urine pregnancy tests are very accurate. Seeing a doctor is a good idea if symptoms are persistent, recurring, or worrisome.

Stress: It's possible that stress plays a role in suppressing the function of the hypothalamus, which controls the pituitary gland and therefore Ovaries. If the ovaries aren’t working properly, side effects may involve the menstrual cycle, including missed periods or irregular periods.
As soon as the stressor is going away the cycle should go back to normal.

earlier today i got super stressed about something and my period kind of stopped(im on my cd2 and flow was going well up until the moment i got stressed, when it drastically diminished). does stress have an ability to reduce flow?

: Stress can affect menstrual blood flow and can actually stop your periods all together. In some stress can cause heavier flow or irregular periods. Stress most likely upsets the fine balance of your sex hormones.
