See OB, lower stress: Please discuss this with your OB doctor and then get into therapy to lower your stress. I have heard that there may be 1 or 2 therapists somewhere in jersery :). Otc you can try l-theanine, chamomile tea, passionflower to decrease anxiety, if depressed, please see a psychiatrist and a therapist.
