Probably not much: Neurofibromatosis type 1 is a condition where you can develop many skin bumps - neurofibromas - over time. Stress is less a factor than hormones - puberty and, for women, childbearing are when more neurofibromas pop up. Time is another major factor - you just get more as you get older. Nerves twich & burn: It would be highly unusual to find these symptoms attributed to the heart in a 21 year-old. Damage or pathology involving nerves (peripheral or central) is the most likely explanation for these symptoms. Non-organic causes are also possible if symptoms are unchanged over the past year.

It depends: The pelvic area is from navel to upper thighs.  Are you saying lower abdomen or lower back/sacral area; deep or on the skin?  Contact dermatitis may be one cause due to detergent or fabric softener in your panties or some other chemicals in that area.  If it is not painful to press on lower belly, move the hips or lower back, bend or extend, then not likely internal or spine/joint related.

Neuropathy: Stress is not a cause of neuropathy.
Emg testing and neurologic testing will help give a diagnosis of the sorce of neuropathy. 
Xrays will help determine if the joint pain is due to arthritis or inflammaton - 
the myoclonic jerking should be evaluated by EMG and neurologic testing.

Highly unlikely : Stress can worsen small fiber neuropathy but it is usually caused by damage to the neurons which occurs in physical trauma, auto immune disorders, cancer, metabolic disorders like diabetes etc.

sinuses do not like cpap. i was able to learn to use the fp oracle oral mask. i still am tired. stress-1mg ativan (lorazepam) hs. have neuropathy, not help. ?

Hypersomnia on CPAP: If CPAP does not control your sleepiness, ask your doctor about Nuvigil or a low dose of amphetamine to keep you awake. Consider a psych eval to rule out depression as a cause, and get thyroid tests and necessary. Vitamin levels. Best wishes for a yawnless future!

Periph. Neuropathy: Try capsaicin creme (brand name Zostrix) made from hot peppers. Be sure to wash hands thoroughly and do not get into your eyes or wear disposable gloves when applying.

Obturator neuropathy: Obturator neuropathy is typically not "seen" on any imaging modality. You may see some inflammation around the nerve, but other than that, it doesn't tell us anything about the function of the obturator nerve. An EMG would help with the diagnosis of obturator neuropathy.

Nerve or not a nerve: What do you mean by a stress reaction?

If you are thinking about neuropathy, stop.  Symptoms in two toes, on one side?  is not a sign of neuropathy.  Perhaps you just irritated something by trauma.  That's common, and not serious.

There are ways to determine hereditary neuropathy, but for you, there is no need to do so.
