Neuropathy: Stress is not a cause of neuropathy. Emg testing and neurologic testing will help give a diagnosis of the sorce of neuropathy. Xrays will help determine if the joint pain is due to arthritis or inflammaton - the myoclonic jerking should be evaluated by EMG and neurologic testing.
