STREP THROAT: STREP THROAT needs to be treated, to prevent Rheumatic Fever. If you have Penicillin allergy, Biaxin (clarithromycin) or azithromycin will work. PLEASE GET ANTIBIOTIC THERAPY.

Strep throat: Were you started on any antibiotics given the diagnosis? At any rate continue the course if you were prescribed an antibiotic, pink eye can occur with pharyngitis, either viral or bacterial, you may need eye drops added, kindly revisit your doctor for another review of your case, goodluck

Maybe: But strep rarely causes pink eye and azithromicin is not the best drug for strep with a high resistance rate.

Probably not: Most "pink eye" is due to a virus and Azithromycin will not have any effect on that.  But you should continue the medication for your throat and your eye will get better on its own.

i started getting conjunctivitis in my right eye at and now it's on the left and i have a strep throat and a stuffed up nose. do you know what is wrong?

Conjunctivitis : Conjunctivitis often spreads to the unaffected eye due to rubbing the affected eye and transferring the bacteria or virus. You need to be evaluated by your doctor in order to determine if it's viral or bacterial. If it is bacterial, then you will need antibiotic eye drops; a viral conjunctivitis will resolve on it's own in about 10-14 days. 
Strep throat also needs to be diagnosed by your doctor, and appropriate antibiotics need to be taken. 
The "stuffed nose" can be due to allergies or a result of a viral illness. If not contraindicated, you can try sudafed for your nasal symptoms.
 Unfortunately you are suffering from things that may or may not be related. The most important thing is to get the appropriate treatment.

Not really: Many viral infections result in varying degrees of ocular irritation and often times even conjunctivitis or pink eye.  Usually, as the infection clears, the ocular symptoms subside.  So, the tablets you take to help with the throat don't act directly on the pink eye.

Probably at home: Most pink eye is due to a virus and sometimes the same virus infects the nose and throat.  Antibiotics are not helpful for virus infections.  If the vision remains good and the pain is just discomfort but not severe you can wait a week for this to get better by itself with the help of your immune system.  Keep it clean and treat your strep throat if that was diagnosed by a doctor.

Ear Infection : The combination of pink eye and ear infection usually is treated by oral antibiotics , in fact eye drops may not be necessary . 
The association with strep throat is likely if there is an exposure .

Good question: Good question.
I would suggest you see an ophthalmologist for good slit lamp exam. The redness could be several things, eg.allergy to medications, hay fever allergy, conjunctivitis and other items to be ruled out.

Probable bacterial : Sounds like you have conjunctivitis, or pink eye, inflammation of the lining that covers the eye and inside of lids.  It can be viral or bacterial.  It might be soothed with otc saline eye drops.  Usually responds to antibiotic eye drops so see md.
