Consider: Ginger. Ginger can reduce nausea &amp; upset stomach. You can drink slightly flattened ginger ale or nibble on crystallized ginger. Or pour boiling water over freshly sliced organic ginger &amp; steep x 5 min in a covered pot. Sip.

Hard to tell: Based on just bloating, it is really hard to make diagnosis. I would need more history to sort things out. Oftentimes, bloating is benign and transient and may have some to do with slower than normal food transit or excessive gas in your bowels. Try to take some sparkling water and see if that relieves your discomfort. Heat application may help too.

Ancestors: You are now approaching mid age when front "pots" start showing up on a usually  "lean and mean fighting machine"!  sory for  being so blunt, but our family build either side is inherited as genetic make-up and can't be altered. You can go to a gymn and get an evaluation for an exercise program but make sure you have a thorough health exam also.  You can minimize genetics by  dieting carefully.

IBS?: Your symptoms could certainly fit those of someone with IBS.  But people with IBS also have a change in bowel habits.  Bloating is not an infrequent problem, and one of the most difficult to treat.  You might try to eat fewer foods likely to be fermented, along the lines of the FODMAP diet.  The other possibility is small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, a condition that can be treated.

Tenesmus: The symptom of such burning and feeling of need to defecate and inability to pass bm may represent multiple things, but most likely an ongoing inflammation in the rectum or anus. In addition your upper GI symptoms are also worrisome. Have you been treated with budesonide? Why? Consult your GI doc asap. You may need further eval.

Dehydration : Make sure you are hydrated well before , during and after cardio work out. Also if you have chronic constipation or acid reflux this may also exacerbate your bloating. Do stretching before and after work out.

Physical exam : Please go to your doctor for a physical. Sometimes a feeling of being bloated is from diet. Other times it can be from serious medical problems. While in general it's easy to suggest a healthy diet and talk about "wheat belly" without a proper history a protuberant abdomen needs to be examined. In general remember to adhere to a low fat and low salt diet and get good fiber, water intake &amp; exercise
