what can be done for this stitch like pain in stomach?

Depends: Are you refering to the "stitch" one gets with exercising (generally a spasm of the diaphragm muscle and resolves as you get into shape) or a crampy pain (which can indicate inflammation or over activity of the intestine muscles) as list of possible causes for crampy pain is long, the answer as to what can be done is equally long. You need an an inperson interview to sort this one out.

cannot keep food down for over a month. pressure on tongue at back of throat. unable to belch but desire to do so. stitch like pain in stomach.

Concerning: These symptoms are cause for concern. More data is needed but in the absence of prior surgery or significant chest trauma, things to consider are esophagitis, reflux disease with a structure, a hiatal hernia, peptic ulcer disease and so on. Chest X-ray and more importantly endoscopy to look at you esophagus and stomach would be helpful.

LLQ pain: Could be ovarian from cysts ( when ovulating you make a cyst) or infection in vagina or fallopian tubes , or may be from  colon- stool gas, diverticuli( rare at young age), or from kidney. Would follow up with urgent  care doc check urine, check for vaginal discharge may consider sonogram  to check ovaries

sometimes i notice i get pain in my stomach like i have a stitch where the shunt would be in is this normal and why does it happen?

See doctor : Many possibilities eg kidneys lungs atypical presentation of gallstones.  Or even a bowel problem or simply constipation.  Some of these can be serious if not picked up early.  Needs examination by a doctor and may need tests to sort out the diagnosis

i have two vp shunts in me, one functional, the other one isn't. they couldn't remove the other one, so they  left it. now it's starting to hurt (not intense though), the stitches on my stomach.. i heard it's connected to my vp shunt. should i worry?

Fever?: It is important to know if you have had fever. If any of your surgical wounds gets red, hot, swollen with pus or bad smell, you should see your doctor as soon as possible. Also let know to your doctor if you have any problem with your gastrointestinal system.

i have a stitch like pain in my right rib. it can be sharp with certain movement.  i woke up with it yesterday . it hurts when i lay on my stomach. ?

Chest pain: sounds like a muscular problem,  if it persists and gets worse and isn't relieved with Anti Inflammatories , i would get this checked out as soon as possible.  See your PCP
