Depends: Are you refering to the "stitch" one gets with exercising (generally a spasm of the diaphragm muscle and resolves as you get into shape) or a crampy pain (which can indicate inflammation or over activity of the intestine muscles) as list of possible causes for crampy pain is long, the answer as to what can be done is equally long. You need an an inperson interview to sort this one out.
