Concerning: These symptoms are cause for concern. More data is needed but in the absence of prior surgery or significant chest trauma, things to consider are esophagitis, reflux disease with a structure, a hiatal hernia, peptic ulcer disease and so on. Chest X-ray and more importantly endoscopy to look at you esophagus and stomach would be helpful.
