recent concussion. still have headache. just felt a stinging chest pain on left side. have felt it before though. concussion related? coincidence?

Less likely related: They are less likely to be related. You may have a post-concussive/traumatic headache. If the headache is accompanied by other symptoms (difficulty concentrating, irritability) then you might have post-concussion syndrome. i have a hiatal hernia, gastritis and esophagitis. i ate 6 hours ago and once i laid down i got this very strong stinging chest pain across my whole chest. never had it this bad before. now im feeling really nauseous from it. help please im worried?

: It could be from your hiatal hernia and should get better. Take your medicine for esophago-gastritis. take liquids for a day and if not better see your Gastro for re-evaluation. Hope you feel better.

Unlikely heart: Given your age and the description of the symptoms it is very unlikely related to your heart.  Much more likely either musculoskeletal, gastrointestinal, and less likely pulmonary in nature if it is worse when you take a deep breath.

i was stung by a bee a few hours ago just below my collar.i immediately  removed the sting. i now have chest pain now around the sting and my shoulder. is this normal?

Not exactly: If you have any breathing difficulty you need to go to an emergency room or urgent care to see if you need an epinephrine shot for a severe allergy reaction. Local area pain and swelling are common with bee, wasp, and hornet stings, but your description of symptoms seems more severe. Go see a doctor ASAP to be sure

With effort?: In children and young adults a fairly good rule of thumb is that if the pain is random, brief (seconds to minutes) not related to effort and made worse by deep breathing or stretching it is probably not the heart but rather "chest wall" pain.  In any case, you should see your doctor to make sure you are not overlooking something important.

Chest wall pain: Chest wall outside covering lungs inside covering chest wall = pleuracy. Not a serous problem. Most likely diagnosis.
