I was stung by a bee a few hours ago just below my collar.i immediately removed the sting. i now have chest pain now around the sting and my shoulder. is this normal?

Not exactly: If you have any breathing difficulty you need to go to an emergency room or urgent care to see if you need an epinephrine shot for a severe allergy reaction. Local area pain and swelling are common with bee, wasp, and hornet stings, but your description of symptoms seems more severe. Go see a doctor ASAP to be sure
