Did you: hit your head?? If so this sounds like post-concussive symptomatology...see your PCP ASAP!  If NOT sounds like a prolonged anxiety and you should seek some counseling! In both cases a visit to your Health Care Provider is indicated..Hope this helps!

Delayed problems: This long after an injury, assuming you had some degree of head injury, we need to look for delayed complications. Hydrocephalus, for example, is a buildup of fluid and pressure in the head, and can cause headaches and vomiting. Get it checked out as soon as possible.

Concussion: I would recommend for you to seek medical attention immediately. Head trauma can occur after a motor vehicle accident and can cause severe symptoms such as headaches and nausea. These symptoms can be caused by serious conditions which would require further medical treatment. You may be in need of a CT scan or MRI of the brain for further evaluation.

Ans: Well the hematoma on the head will heal. Probably some whiplash causing the headaches. This will take a long time to resolve and may not.

Go to ER: I'm not sure if you went to the ER the day of the accident, but even if you did, you should return. Your symptoms are very suggestive of a concussion, or even worse a subdural hematoma or blood clot putting pressure on the brain and causing headache and nausea.  Please go for evaluation NOW! is it normal to keep having headaches in the front of your head after 3 months almost daily several times a week after a tbone car accident ? the er didnt so a xray, went to dr later got headache meds for it but still having them any suggestions ?

It is not normal: A more profound analysis of your case is required to say that your headaches are related to the car accident. However, it is never normal having headaches with that frequency. It doesn't mean that it is serious, but a full medical exam could be recommendable. Depending on the severity and symptoms of the accident, a CT-Scan of head may could have been more appropriate, or could be helpful now.

Yes: If there is neck stiffness and headaches then yes dizziness and vomiting may be related to the car accident. I think an evaluation of a spinal specialist and imaging is indicated to improve your recovery.
