Concussion: I would recommend for you to seek medical attention immediately. Head trauma can occur after a motor vehicle accident and can cause severe symptoms such as headaches and nausea. These symptoms can be caused by serious conditions which would require further medical treatment. You may be in need of a CT scan or MRI of the brain for further evaluation.
