Squishy Scalp?: There are certain limitations imposed by this format which include the lack of a photograph of the skin lesions about which you requested information, So it's impossible to tell you the correct diagnosis and/or therapy,  My Best advice would be to call and make an appointment with the dermatologist. Your report is pretty odd because we don't usually see this type of problem so it's really necessary to visit the dermatologist.

Typically scalp: cysts are also known as pilar cysts, and despite the name "cyst" they are actually made up of keratin (the stuff that hair is made of). The keratin is white and hardens when exposed to air. It fills a sac and when the sac is full it feels firm and hard.

Boils: That are found on the scalp are annoying and are caused by an infection that occurs in the hair follicles. The best way to get rid of boils is  an antibacterial soap which will get rid of all the bacteria. If the condition still persist after 7 days visit your physician for the biopsy test.

Avoid conditioners : You should try using a botanical shampoo ; that is a shampoo that has no chemicals in it. Do not use a hair conditioning solution afterward. Rinse your hair thoroughly afterward and then at the end rinse with cold water. Towel dry your hair as much as possible and do not use a hair dryer until your hair is completely dry. This may be helpful to you.

Duration?: If there is no soreness or pus, just give it a couple more weeks and see what happens.  If there is pus or soreness, try topical antibiotic.  See doctor if problem persists.

Keep hair washed.: Bumps on the scalp can be sebolytic bumps  that are filled with scalp oils Main cause is seborrheic dermatitis.  Treatment is by simply frequent hair wash with antiseptic shampoos. SOME OF THESE CONTAIN SALICYLIC ACID AND BENZYL PEROXIDE.  Teatree oil has been written up as being useful.  Hope this helps.

i hv 0% moisture in my hair no matter how much oil i apply, my hair are super dry sticky n tangled but i do hv lots of sebum in my scalp after shower.

All the oil in your: ...hair comes from the hair follicles and oil glands in the scalp.  If you have long hair, the natural oils won't reach the ends of the hair shaft.  To avoid drying the hair shaft, I recommend good shampooing of the scalp and the 2-3" of hair beyond it, but minimizing shampooing the rest of the hair.  Blow drying, coloring &amp; curling can also dry out the hair shaft.
