: These results are atypical:  Heavy Staph aureus is unusual in the vagina and an uncommon cause of UTI. Only 1-2 WBC ("pus cells") per high power field (HPF) is entirely normal -- but with heavy staph, I would expect an abnormally high number. Interpretation depends on symptoms or other problems you are having and reason for the test. Discuss with the doctor who ordered the test. Good luck.

Having said that, the colony count, the dominant organism and multiple organism all suggest that this is not real urinary infection. The organisms are likely to be skin contaminants.
