These results are atypical: Heavy Staph aureus is unusual in the vagina and an uncommon cause of UTI. Only 1-2 WBC ("pus cells") per high power field (HPF) is entirely normal -- but with heavy staph, I would expect an abnormally high number. Interpretation depends on symptoms or other problems you are having and reason for the test. Discuss with the doctor who ordered the test. Good luck.

Staph in urine C&S is usually an improperly collcted sample contaminated by bacteria on the outside. You should have a clean catch mid stream urinalysis and culture
