If B deficient: People with a deficiency in vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) may have nerve symptoms, including loss of sensation or pain when nothing is wrong.  Correcting the B12 deficiency will alleviate any nerve symptoms due to the deficiency.  If someone is not deficient in b12, or something else is causing the symptoms, taking B12 will not help at all.  Ask your doctor to evaluate you for this.

The pinched nerve(s): Are released by removing the back wall of the spinal canal( in which the cord is located)
{ie laminectomy to allow removal of the disc that has slipped out}, while foraminotomy (or f. Decom.) is the widening of the canal in which the nerve is located {as it comes out from the cord}, by removing bone from  around the nerve, and this should relieve your leg pains.

Not necessarily: A calf with a DVT can be red and swollen but it certainly doesn't have to be.  Redness with dvts is actually fairly uncommon.  Swelling and pain is more typical but sometimes you might only have one or the other or neither.  If you have concerns that you might have a dvt, you should get it checked out.

had risky sex with csw 14 mnth back.had 30+ hiv 4th gen tests and all neg. have polyneuropathy burning pain in leg, hand & feet. is this hiv ?

See your neurologist: The only way to know for sure on etiology of your symptoms is to see your neurologist, who can do a thorough evaluation of other risk factors in addition to HIV.  Without having more history and a physical examination, it is at best difficult to assess any causes of a neuropathy.

Need evaluation: It would be prudent to see your doctor for an in-person evaluation. You may be exercising too hard for your physiology. Sometimes exercise worsens asthma.

There are many possible causes from mechanical, such as local compression to systemic conditions causing neuropathy. Having it mentioned to your primary care doc would be a good idea in case it starts creating discomfort.

Orthopaedics eval: 31 year old gentleman with bilateral burning posterior knee pain, radiating pain from thigh to calf. You need a physical exam and evaluation from a specialist in orthopaedic surgery. Your physical exam will include a straight leg raising test to evaluate radiculopathy, pain along a spinal nerve from your spine which can radiate to the lower extremities. Imaging tests and other maneuvers will help.

Pain: At your age likely a strain of gracilis muscle or one of your adductors of your leg. Other possibilities include hernia, electrolyte problem or DVT.  Rest and NSAID for starters, but if persistent you should be checked.

Perhaps,: You could possess a heel spur, or plantar fasciitis, or even an achilles tendonitis.  See a foot specialist, podiatrist, get diagnosed and treated.  You will find that help will make you far more comfortable.
