Orthopaedics eval: 31 year old gentleman with bilateral burning posterior knee pain, radiating pain from thigh to calf. You need a physical exam and evaluation from a specialist in orthopaedic surgery. Your physical exam will include a straight leg raising test to evaluate radiculopathy, pain along a spinal nerve from your spine which can radiate to the lower extremities. Imaging tests and other maneuvers will help.
