Not the 1st to ask: Unfortunately, i've not been able to find the answer - but if i were you, i'd call the doctor who ordered the test and/or the lab that did it. There should be a "key" to abbreviations sent along with the results and i'd also recommend advising them of that. Best wishes! i wish i could have been of more help - maybe another doctor here will.

Where: Avn refers to avascular necrosis, typically occurring in bone where the vascular supply has been compromised. I'm not sure what the question is, but treatment varies. 
Avn of the hip, for example, could be treated with hip replacement surgery, however in someone young other options may be considered instead. Speak to an orthopedist.

Rare: Almost all patients will have labs that are suggestive of lupus if it is being considered as a diagnosis. I have patients that have positive skin biopsies consistent with lupus an dother findings but blood work is normal. I m ay treat the patient for lupus but possibly may not call the patient a definite lupus patient unless the acr criteria for the disease are met.

Serosanguineous: Serosanguineous is usually a term that is applied to a surgical wound in the post-operative period. Literally a mixture of blood (sanguineous) and serous fluid (blood without red cells). It is common post-operative finding in areas that would continue to collect blood after the surgery is complete. The blood breaks down (the serous fluid). It is usually not serious and simple aspiration treats it.

Suppression: Unusual that an individual was started on trt at the age of 44.  There is no specific risk if your treatment was appropriately implemented, other than infertility (by way of "-" feedback inhibition, if you had normal spermatogenesis at age 44). Your follow-up test should include a hct and cholesterol:  while trt should put you at your "usual" chol risk, erythrocytosis can make your blood "thicker".

Stay strng; carry on: Certainly children can have intense fears of unexpected things.  As a parent, try to stay calm yourself no matter how she is behav.  Don't belittle or reprimand for a fear.   Comfort briefly with a hug and verbal reassurances; don't prolong the comforting attention.  "you're okay" and perhaps hand her her special comfort toy and move along.  Don't overreact or point out areas of her fear.
