Need more info: What test was done. What was the result to which this comment was attached. It is not a standard abbreviation and reflect on the adequacy of the specimen.

IT abbreviation: Unless I'm mistaken, I think SPRCS stands for something like "single provider report comment section" or "specialist provider report comment section". In other words, the doctor / pathologist is supposed to comment or type over this p
