Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you and your symptoms warrant evaluation by a physician.  Causes include a wide variety of disorders, e.g, Syphilis, Typhus. mercury poisoning, entero-viral infection, endocarditis etc. It would be prudent to consult your doctor.

Probably no STD: Syphilis can cause a skin rash that involves the palms and soles, but unlikely to cause burning; and syphilis is rare in women in your part of the country. Probably this is something other than syphilis or any other STD. But STDs wouldn't be on your mind if you weren't at risk, so get tested. Play it safe and see a doctor for diagnosis and possible treatment. Good luck!

Dermatologist: Go directly to a dermatologist for accurate diagnosis and advice as this is not a common skin disorder and most nondermatologists won't be familiar with it. Dyshydrotic eczema is a likely diagnosis and the trigger is often elusive if that's what it is. Seasonal allergies or stress are possible causes and it lasts for weeks. Get effective treatment.

can a 36 year old male, healthy all his life,with no respiratory symptoms,perfect cbc, have cystic fibrosis? my son gets white spots on palms when showering that go away quickly, he is having panic attacks now because he says he has this, possible?

: The white spots are likely just changes in his circulation in that area that revert to normal. The human body has the capacity to shift superficial blood flow which supports our usual skin tone to deep vessels, as a protective device. Skin will turn pale when it happens. It is not what I consider a worrisome sign. And no, you don't have CF at 36 with nothing medically bothering you.

Rash: If these spots are of recent onset it would be best to see a dermatologist for diagnosis. Rashes on the palms are unusual. If the spots are few, are red and have been there for years, these may be hemangiomas which are benign growths of skin capillaries that don't change and require no treatment. A dermatologist can advise you best
