May be pneumonia: You need to see a doctor. If you do not have one, go to the nearest hospital emergency room. Your symptoms need to be evaluated with additional history, physical examination, imaging and laboratory tests.

Serious: whether this is heat stroke superimposed on heat exhaustion or bacterial meningitis, the LP will give answers and with your presentation, a CT scan of your brain would be necessary.

Many things: This could be several things, from a virus  to a cold.  If symptoms persisist after some basic 'taking care of yourself, ' such as otc meds, see your doc and make sure it doesn't progress.  Flu season is not quite over!

Infection: The presence of the sore throat amongst the other symptoms favors a viral upper respiratory tract infection. A head cold and/or mild cough may ensue. Treatment at this time is rest, intake of adequate fluids, gargling with warm salt water, lozenges and Tylenol. If no gradual improvement,appearance of rash or worsening of symptoms, an examination by a physician is warranted.

See your Doctor: Any headache always must be viewed as a valid medical disorder and the headache assessment must be comprehensive. It is important to make an accurate diagnosis to ensure that the correct treatment is given. See your PCP for consultation, tests and diagnosis.

Possible infection: This could be a simple viral sore throat that will go away on it's own in 5-7 days.  But if you begin to feel worse, get seen to rule out strep throat, ear infection, or other bacterial infection that may need treatment.

Pains: You have a collection of nonspecific symptoms and a low temperature. More details are needed and probably an in-person examination is needed

i started doxycycline for an unrelated issue the same day i began symtoms (fever, chills, headache) for strep throat. now im on amoxicillin for the strep. my migraine comes and goes, im worried about benign intracranial pressure from the doxy?

: That's an exceedingly rare side effect of doxycycline. If that was the cause of your headache, it would be continuous, not "come and go". However, you still should discuss the dual antibiotic treatment with your doctor(s). Probably one or the other antibiotic would successfully treat both problems, whatever they are.
