I doubt it ...: but maybe there are a few too many uncommon events for comfort: open skin, rusty spots, etc. The signs and symptoms of tetanus (lock jaw) are not pain where it entered but muscle spasms, jaw cramping, trouble swallowing etc. But I think a prompt doctor visit is warranted in any case for a brief exam and updating your tetanus vaccine at a minimum. tiny pinhole in bottom of foot. noticed after i removed a thin, pointy white piece of, i think, hardened skin from that spot. no pain and the area does not itch. it looks like normal skin surrounding a 1mm dent in the foot. possible causes?

: Without visualizing what you are trying to describe an educated guess would be a porokeratosis. A plugged up sweat gland.

? Wart on Foot: Most foot and/or skin specialists can confirm this to be wart in their offices (via exam or biopsy) and then treat this in the office with medicines unavailable to the public and/or in the operating room for excision, laser, etc.

: Tinea pedis (athlete's foot) can start out this way.  Another possibility is dyshidrosis.  You could try an antifungal powder/spray and see if this takes care of the problem.  If it is not getting better, would see your physician.

Plantar mole: There are 3 types basal cell squamous cell and melanoma. The back and buttocks are more common areas for melanoma but it can occur anywhere on scalp in the eye ( eye pigment) .Sun exposure, nevi are risks .Squamous cell can also occur in sun exposed, injury/scarring/irritation  is also a risk . Basal cell occurs in sun exposed area.  f/u w/ dermatology early removal can avoid development to cancer

Callus: It could just be a callous or corn.
Try over the counter compound w, apply some neosporin to prevent infection.
If not improved see your dr.
