Very big question: Spiritual health is a term which can be defined in many ways.  I am not sure how you are using it here.  In general, spiritual health relates to feeling connected to a community or the larger universe .  This may or may not involve a specific religion or conception of God, but it could.  A sense of being a part of something larger than oneself is another aspect.  Many experiences can affect this.

Try meditating.: Find a form of meditation that fits your natural bent (TM, Zazen, Mindfulness, etc.) and settle into the practice for a month or so.   Spiritual is generally considered to be different that religious.   What is your definition?   The usual is to let your natural thoughts surface and to practice the more life-supportive ones.   Meditation allows such thoughts to more easily surface.

Sometimes news in the media can make us feel like we are close to the end times.   This can cause us to lose heart or interest, and impact what gives us purpose and meaning in life, especially if we buy into the horror that can be present in the world.
