Lots of good stuffs: Fresh spinach is a rich source of vitamin a (and high in lutein), vitamin c,  e, and k, and also magnesium, manganese, folate, betaine, iron, vitamin b2, calcium, potassium, vitamin b6, folic acid, copper, protein, phosphorus, zinc, niacin, selenium and omega-3 fatty acids. Yes & No ~ Who Knows: If still consuming all the elements within the spinach, not throwing any away, maybe ok; essentially partial pre-digestion. On the other hand, we are genetically adapted to eat real food, not juiced, processed, etc. (except perhaps cooked) & who is going to spend the time & money to evaluate this with good scientific method? No one, including the people selling juicing machines.

No: spinach is a very healthy vegetable, and it certainly provides quite a bit of fiber for your bowels. I personally eat at least that much a week. Enjoy!
