Yes & No ~ Who Knows: If still consuming all the elements within the spinach, not throwing any away, maybe ok; essentially partial pre-digestion. On the other hand, we are genetically adapted to eat real food, not juiced, processed, etc. (except perhaps cooked) & who is going to spend the time & money to evaluate this with good scientific method? No one, including the people selling juicing machines.
