Potentially you will: not regrow your hair there. It would be appropriate to see a dermatologist for an evaluation of the area as you may not have the diagnosis correct. There are other potentially reversible causes for this kind of hairloss besides trauma.

Please see: Please see a dermatologist for this to be evaluated. You may need a biopsy to see what is causing the bald spot. This may or may not be related to the numbness on your face. That may be a different problem that your primary care doctor can evaluate. Please see someone this could be serious.
