Muscle strain: Sometimes the muscles get strained just doing normal activities. Some things that can help are soaks in a warm bath, drinking lots of water (at least 6 large glasses a day), taking a multivitamin and gentle stretches. I hope you are feeling better soon. Walking 30 minutes a day can keep your muscles in good shape.

my buttocks are sore because i worked out. how do i get rid of this pain?

Rest,Ice&pain meds: If it is related to the work out, you can rest the muscles and resume work out when it is better and do less work out.You can also try ice locally and take over the counter non steroidal meds if you are not allergic to them like aleve, (naproxen) or Ibuprofen etc.

Dermatitis: Your description is suggestive of excema.  Avoid humidity, use of strong detergents, laundry softeners or harsh body soap. If changing to mild soaps, using sunblock lotions in exposed skin areas, and moisturizers don't improve the condition, I suggest to see a doctor.

Possibly: Anxiety can most definitely cause fatigue, since the heightened state of physical arousal it causes can run down your energy while interfering with sleep and digestion. However, while anxiety can cause various types of pain or discomfort in certain people, it is probably more likely that the sore buttocks are a separate, medical issue.

UTI: Generally starts with painful voiding, frequency, or urgency.  Then it can spread to kidney, which is in the flank toward the back.  You symptoms don't fit this, so it might be something else, such as ovarian cyst or herniated disc.  But there are 100's of other possibilities, so have you doctor figure it out for you.

Not Herpes: Pus consists of dead white blood cells plus bacteria. All types of Herpes are viruses, as such can cause inflammation and inflammatory papules, spots, warts etc. but not pus. Thus you are describing a pustule or mini-abscess. You may require antibiotics if the pus containing sore/blister does not clear up after it has discharged it's pus.

The bed sores: Are painful.  Treating them will take the pain away.

Yeast: sounds like a yeast infection. This needs to be examined and treated to make sure that it is actually a yeast infection and medicine can be prescribed
