Muscle strain: Sometimes the muscles get strained just doing normal activities. Some things that can help are soaks in a warm bath, drinking lots of water (at least 6 large glasses a day), taking a multivitamin and gentle stretches. I hope you are feeling better soon. Walking 30 minutes a day can keep your muscles in good shape.
