Usually movable lump: Is good, meaning benign if lipoma or sebaceous cyst. However, if it's painful, it needs attention by a physician to examine, and assess treatment options. Depending on what the diagnosis is, will determine the course of treatment. You can have direct and referred pain pattern from that bump, b/c it occupies space, and the back/ms/skin is a tight region.  Call your doctor.

Get seen: This is probably a pilonidal sinus. Many people have this. If you're naturally blessed with a lot of body hair, it may become troublesome. Show your physician at your next routine physical exam.

Can't tell from here: A painless moveable mass under the skin there could be either, or it could be a sebaceous cyst or other non-cancerous growth/mass. No way to tell for sure without taking it out and sending it for a pathology report.  Any new mass (bump, knot) on or under skin (or anywhere else) should be checked out by your doc. A mass that is not new but changing in size or symptoms should also be checked.

Yes: That is possible, but it should be examined. A chronic infection with intermittent drainage is common, and managing it before it becomes a worse infection is desireable, although not always possible. See a general surgeon for a consultation, and ask if they have experience with pilonidal cyst treatment. Hope this helps!

Sounds like a pilo-: -nidal cyst. If there is some swelling there it may B a fatty deposit where the cyst is, or a quiescent area from previous infection. The fact that has a dimple, is the reason it's a pilonidal cyst. If not hot, sore, red, it is best to leave it alone. A surgeon should B who U C 4 this.

Get evaluation: With no know reason for the lump and if it has been there for more than 2 weeks you should have a dentist evaluate the lump in order to get a diagnosis.  Without diagnosis there can be no treatment. This could be a serious problem.

Cyst.: This is either a cyst or a lymph node although the superficial nature suggests cyst.  Keep an eye on it.  If it is enlarging or looks infected see your doc.

Benign or malignant?: See dermatologist or surgeon for biopsy to remove it and send to pathology. Physical exam may reveal other lumps so a more thorough work up will be indicated.
Could be a benign sebaceous cyst or something more serious.

Varies: Some men who start checking discover their epididymis or appendix of the testis and mistake it for a possible cancer -- it's good they're checking. The percentage of testicular solid masses not related to trauma that are malignant is quite high, and for each individual mass, it's either 0% or 100%. Best have any new mass examined.
