Diagnosis?????: "Cystic structure" is not a diagnosis. Most scalp cysts are TRICHELEMMAL CYSTS which are easily removed with LOCAL anesthetic. So your question is a confusing one. There must be some other factor. Ask the surgeon to explain until you understand. Or consider another opinion.

Hopefully cyst: Get an MRI scan without and with contrast to better evaluate the structure anatomically. Of course you should be examined by a neurosurgeon or neurologist. Severe headaches or neurological symptoms suggest the structure might exerting pressure on local brain structures.

: This needs the sit down with your physician/gynecologist visit. The two of you will determine your best strategy with knowledge of your underlying health and details of the CT scan. I recommend you request to record the visit since sometimes these visits can be overwhelming and it's easy to forget or misremember details.

Yes, : Yes, an enlarged ovary could be mistaken for a mass in the pelvis. An ovarian cyst could be described as a low density structure which could be near the sigmoid colon, but without seeing the images it is impossible to know whether this is the case. The best way to evaluate the ovaries is with transpelvic and/or transvaginal ultrasound. It may be helpful to have your doctor discuss the findings with the radiologist. The radiologist should be able to give some recommendations as to whether further evaluation with imaging such as pelvic ultrasound would be helpful or whether you should be referred directly to a surgical specialist.

Allergy: Bubonic plague causes bacteremia, septicemia, and dic. All tissues can be involved, and bleeding can be seen in those tissues.  When it gets this far, it has about 90% mortality so most tissues are obtained at autopsy. Blood can be taken or as above and can be cultured.
