Diagnosis?????: "Cystic structure" is not a diagnosis. Most scalp cysts are TRICHELEMMAL CYSTS which are easily removed with LOCAL anesthetic. So your question is a confusing one. There must be some other factor. Ask the surgeon to explain until you understand. Or consider another opinion.
