Won't help: soframycin is an antibacterial cream, will not work with yeast infection. You want to use antifungal cream as miconazole, ask your pharmacist about it, good luck

Not a cure: Soframycin is an antibiotic cream not an antifungal cream. It will not help cure the injury. It is not necessary to use an antibiotic cream on this type of injury. Keeping the nail bed clean and dry should be enough for it to heal. If you notice redness or pus around the injury you should see a medical provider as antibiotics by mouth may be necessary.

i cut my perenial raphe accidently while trimming downstairs. it's a small cut but bled a little. will it heal? i put antiseptic cream on it too.

Skin care: Most superficial skin cuts will heal with time . Keep the area clean and dry. Avoid a lot of skin care products , antiseptics are ok. Keep  the area covered with a clean dry bandage if possible.  If redness, swelling, warmth or discharge from the cut occurs, contact your medical provider quickly to evaluate for a developing cellulitis.

: Use antifungal cream, not just any antiseptic. Talk to the pharmacist at the drugstore. If that does not resolve the matter in a week or so, it would be prudent to see a doctor.

Get cracking: Yes. I would also try soaking your foot in a weak vinegar solution.( 1 -2 teaspoons to a half gallon of water.) Stop the antiseptic for now.

Chemical burn: For healing, the antiseptic cream is not the most important element. More important are thorough initial rinsing and cleansing of the wound; then application of a dressing like vaseline gauze covered by sterile gauzes, and then a thick wrap (like ace or coban) to protect from ordinary dirt will produce good healing. If you want to use an antibacterial, i would use Bacitracin (fewer allergies).

No: Main component of savlon is cetrimide which is an antiseptic. On the other hand neosporin is an antibiotic  which is effective against infection. Savlon protects against infection. Neosporin treat infection. You cannot substitute savlon with neosporin. Use of savlon will reduce the changes of infection and use of neosporin.

Eventually resolve: creased and resolve more quickly with Incision and drainage.
Don't waste your time and money on antiseptic cream use hydrocortisone cream
