Unknown: This product is sweetened with stevia which was only approved for human consumption in 2009.  Some feel it was approved to fast.  While healthier than soda this product has lots of additives you do not need.  All of the vitamins can be obtained from eating "real" food.  You would be healthier eating more fruits and vegetables and drinking plain tap water.

Depends: Weight gain or loss is a balance of caloric intake and caloric expenditure. You if you not expending more than 2000 calories through physical activity, you could gain weight with or without diet drinks.
Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.

Fat only burns in the fire of carbohydrate, therefore with reduced diet and increased exercise to at least fifteen minutes a day, use up the blood sugar and keep going.  You will attain your goal.  Slowly and surely.

: You may have gained weight if 2000 ca!ories a day is more than you used to eat. Also your calorie count may not be precise.  Building muscle from the lifting can add weight especially if your workouts are more isometric than isotonic meaning that they're not particularly aerobic.

Keep it up: In general one gains weight when one consumes more calories than they use up during the day and lose weight if they consume less. If one exercises as stated, they probably have more solid mass than fat and it takes a little longer to notice on the scale. it is also possible  the calorie count may be inaccurate. That said this 32y/o female is doing well. Keep it up. It will yield in due time.
