Hard to speculate: The described trauma is too vague to predict an injury. That said, if it is interfering with her normal daily activities to this extent the problem can range from simple muscle pain to a ruptured spleen. It is time to have her seen at urgent care or an ER.

This area between: the ribs and the hip bone (ilia), upper abdomen and back is called the flank. An injury or bruise to the ribs would cause pain with deep breathing, called pleuritic pain. Other causes might be kidney issues including infection though I believe you would have other symptoms. I think it would be safe to ice it and observe, and if it continues to improve, all is good. If not, you need to see your Doc

Muscle Strain: In general, pain that localizes to the side of the body originates from the muscles, bones, nerves, or skin.  I suspect laying on stomach relaxes the inflamed muscle and deep inspiration activates this strained muscle producing pain.  Perhaps a strained right psoas muscle?  Organs to consider include ovaries, colon, appendix, gallbladder, and kidneys but pain syndrome does not match. Visit pt.

2 problems: The prickle in the chest most likely comes from chest wall-muscles-joints, very unlikely to be related to heart.

For saying your heart beat is low, you need a 24 hour Holter monitoring.

Your back pain: may be at the same level as your Kidneys,but that doesn't mean the pain is coming FROM your kidneys.It is much more likely to be back pain or possibly pleuritic chest pain ( from irritation of the lung lining).Seek medical attention if this pain persists.

Low blood pressure: Dehydration and low blood pressure could be contributing factors. Eat your water: 6  1/2 cup servings of fresh or lightly steamed vegetables and at least 1 cup of fruit each day  for adequate fluid and healthy food. Try pretend jump roping to improve circulation to brain for a few minutes at a time frequently for a total of 60 min per 24 h. Also, avoid alcohol and drugs and get a good night sleep.

Many possibilities: Chest pain with deep breaths can be due to a number of causes, including costochondritis (a rib/cartilage pain, a rib fracture, muscular strain, a pneumothorax (partially collapsed lung), any number of lung diseases, and even heart disease. Although costochondritis is common, be sure to see your doctor to rule out other more serious causes, or the er if severe pain or short of breath.
