A member asked:

Headache on both side above ears. dizziness when i take deep breath or exercise. mostly happens towards end of day?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Low blood pressure: Dehydration and low blood pressure could be contributing factors. Eat your water: 6 1/2 cup servings of fresh or lightly steamed vegetables and at least 1 cup of fruit each day for adequate fluid and healthy food. Try pretend jump roping to improve circulation to brain for a few minutes at a time frequently for a total of 60 min per 24 h. Also, avoid alcohol and drugs and get a good night sleep.
