NO: I am not aware of any evidence based effective treatment for panic disorder that is widely practiced with a consensus other than what you mentioned ...What is wrong with the above ?

how to stop panic attacks instantly? i have tried all ssri, snri, tricyclic, benzos, antipsychotics, counselling, cbt, erp, etc. but no help. can i try alcohol lastly? please provide a solution as it is leading me to severe disability/paralysis?

: The magic pill seems elusive. I would find a life coach/therapist to teach you stress reduction &amp; relaxation skills. Along the way you can learn the triggers to your issues &amp; how to avoid them. Do the work and life can be better &amp; often free from side effects the drugs bring.

Triptans/SRIs: Triptans are serotonin receptor agonists, hence cause increase serotonin. The ssri/snris are serotonin reuptake inhibitors, hence also raise serotonin. End result, depending on dose & how often used, is possibility of serotonin syndrome. Caution is needed if combination.

No::  (Seroxat is Paroxetine, which is called Paxil in U.S.). Both of those meds are among the worst as far as having more discontinuation effects when you stop, but they are effective antidepressants.  The Paroxetine tends to have more risk of weight gain/sedation vs. the Venlafaxine tends to have more risk of irritability.  Either med can be good if it works for you.

Complicated: To best answer you, it would be necessary to know specifically what symptoms you're calling "allergic react."  for instance, some people might call nausea an allergic reaction, but it really isn't -- it's a physiologic side effect that all ssri's can cause.  Also, generic ssri's may contain different colorings and caking agents that can cause allergic responses.  These differ between preparations.

odd issue. what could potentially cause ssri/snris to either metabolize incredibly rapidly or not absorb at all?long story short, for 3 yrs my meds have caused me to withdrawal while taking them daily. ive tried multiple. much more to explain?

: Absorption of meds from the stomach is influenced by many things-amount (dose), time ., foods, fluids, metabolism absorption , transit time etc.  So ask and follow your docs instruction and if you have any other health issues she/ he should know and does not fill them in. Good luck

SNRI's: Increase the levels of nor-epinephrine within the synaptic cleft. Epinephrine is the same thing as adrenaline, a stimulant.Stimulants are used for add/adhd.  I would recommend getting testeda for mthfr genotypes 677 ; 1298, being positive for one or both genes contributes to add because you can't make your own neurotransmitters.The fix is safer than placebo-l-methylfolate 15mg, p5p 50mg, ; 4mg b12.
