Call Dr - ask/inform: Definitely call your doctor to ask or inform them. You dose is low, so it will probably not be dangerous, but try to avoid any more until the next due dosage until you contact them. Be careful w/ what you do once you've taken another - i.e., no driving. In extreme cases 100mg are used - don't worry. Just be careful and call!

Alcohol consumption: is not a good option to consider while on opiates or virtually ANY prescription medication as a rule....but especially opiates.  The interaction between those elements can result in increased respiratory depression, reduction in alertness, dangerous situation if driving a car or using dangerous machinery, increased loss of balance.

See below: The blood half life (time for half to be eliminated) is 4-5 hours.  So it takes 16-20 hours to clear the bloodstream after a dose (4 half lives).  I would figure 3-4 days for the drug and its metabolites to clear the urine.
