These are likely : Papilla that are normal "bumps " running across the back of your tongue. Many people can't see them nor dont notice them, but if they become slightly irritated or you look closely at the very back of your tongue you see the pink, raised, circumvallate papillae that are normal for that area. However, its best to let your dentist take a look to be sure.

Hard to answer: This is hard to tell without seeing them. There are some larger lumps at the back of the tongue that are normal. They are taste buds, There are also normal bumps on front of tongue called papillae. Look at some pictures of bumps on tongue on google and if yours do not look like this then see your doctor or dentist for exam.

Need more info : Most likely it is a mucocele, a fluid filled sac that is just a salivary glad that is backed up with fluid. Could be a sublingual gland that's swollen but I'd go see your dentist or oral surgeon.

See your dentist!: There are many possibilities, but for solitary lesions of the tongue, I always refer patients to their dentist or an oral surgeon, just on the very rare chance that it's some kind of oral cancer or precancerous lesion. Again, this is rare, particularly for a 33 year old, but it always has to be ruled out.  Other possibilities are geographic tongue, leukoplakia, thrush, oral lichen planus.

Swollen papillae: The most common cause of tongue bumps are swollen papillae--the normal bumps that give your tongue a rough texture enabling eating, taste and temperature sensing. They may get irritated and slightly swollen related to stress or particular foods. Chronic irritation can cause of fibroma, or other benign cysts or even cancer may develop. Infections include HPV and syphilis, but not that fast. See doc
