Examination: Tongue bumps are not a normal part of your anatomy, and as such, need to be evaluated. Your social habits also come into play, including drinking, smoking, and use of chewing tobacco. Please see a local oral surgeon for evaluation.. These lesions cannot be diagnosed over the internet.

if i use steel tongue cleaner small taste bud like bumps removed. i can't clean the back side of tongue. it appear as red colour bumps. no painy, itchy.

I suggest: I suggest that you bring your tongue cleaner with you to a dentist, demonstrate how you use it and have him\her evaluate your tongue and what you're doing.  You will get better answers and advice that way.

See your DR.: This sounds like a problem that needs to be seen by a Dr either in person or on telemedicine. History including age of the patient and previous medical problems as well as other findings including throat, tongue and fingernails are important to determine the cause. Make sure to keep this person isolated until a diagnosis is made so that it cannot spread to others.

Itchy perioral bumps: Thank you for your question.  Itchy bumps around the mouth and nose may be caused by many things.  There are forms of inflammatory conditions of the skin (perioral dermatitis) that could cause a rash as well as responses to external/internal sources such as allergies or otherwise.  Having an examination performed by a qualified medical practitioner would be helpful in diagnosis and treatment.

currently using betaderm cream, i have itchy red skin with small white bumps around nose, mouth, & eyes. occurs randomly, what  is this issue called?

Stop the cream.: First of all, betaderm (which contains betamethasone) is a strong steroid cream that should not be used on the face. Stop using it. Your pimply rash could be due to the cream itself. If it was there before you started applying betaderm, the most common causes are adult acne and rosacea, both easily treatable by a dermatologist, once he or she makes a precise diagnosis.

Herpes Labialis?: Your symptoms could be due to herpes labialis.  It is difficult to confirm without seeing the lesions and possibly obtaining a herpes culture.  Herpes labialis is caused by HSV type 1, and outbreaks are usually due to physical or emotional stress, or excessive sun UV exposure.  You can try Abreva, which is over the counter, but expensive.

Itchy palate: It could be allergies. Have you been treated for or diagnosed with seasonal allergies or an allergic reaction to certain meds. Gilberts syndrome does show the potential for itching w/o rash. I woulod consult your physician to determine if any further testing is necessary if it is something that happens frequently.

Herpes simplex: That is certainly possible, but without seeing the rash it would be foolish to try and diagnose it.  It may not have had anything to do with the sex and you may have chicken pox or some other illness, or this may be a contact dermatitis.

Allergic reaction?: It's quite possible you may be having an allergic reaction to something you have eaten recently.  There are also conditions where you tongue and throat tissue swell due to medications you may be taking. You can try benedryl initially but ifthe swelling continues to increase tonight go to the er to keep from having an airway issue.
