More than one likely: There are more than one type or mouth sores usually related to hiv. Most have more to do with being immunosupressed- like candidiasis (ulcers caused by yeast infections), cold  and herpetic ulcers as well as leukoplakia ("hairy tounge").   The onset of a single small lesion that has healed is not an indicator that you have contracted hiv.   If you are still fearful, the best remedy is testing.

im worried i have hiv. right now i have 2 small mouth ulcers and small red bumps on my back and chest that dont itch. also i have a headache. its been 2 weeks since i had unprotected oral sex. i am a paranoid person so how worried should i be?

Not at all: You should not worry before you have a test to determine if you have HIV or another sexually transmitted disease.  Simply make an appointment with  your doctor, discuss your sexual activity and ask for testing for STDs as well as for advice regarding safe sex.   Do not be shy about doing this, we are all prepared to have these discussions and to address these concerns.  You are part of a generation that seems to have a higher rate of anxiety about many things, health especially.  It is not clear why this generation has such a high rate of anxiety or, as you call it, paranoia, but rest assured you are not alone.

i am hiv positive.  dermatologist biopsied lesions/bumps on my upper lip that are verruca vulgaris. am i at risk for the warts turning to skin cancer?

Probably not: The skin cancer commonly associated with HIV infected persons is Kaposi's sarcoma, which caused by another virus. The warts, of which there are many varieties, are generally caused by human papilloma viruses. Some of  these have  a potential to turn malignant  for which HOV vaccine is recommended in younger folks for its prevention.

Not always...: A 'purple bump' inside the mouth could be a sign of HIV infection; however, there are multiple reasons to have a purplish bump in the oral cavity that have nothing to do with hiv/aids.  Sometimes local irritation from something as simple as biting the lip or inside of the cheek can cause a raised purplish area like a bruise on the skin.  If you are concerned about hiv, get an HIV test performed.

Test again: If your initial HIV tests were done too early after exposure, they could have been truely negative at the time but you are describing AIDS-like symptoms which needs to be investigated

Mucocele: Mucocele are tiny bluish colored sacs located on the floor of the mouth under the tongue that are filled with fluid. They are not generally harmful but can cause discomfort and stress on the person inflicted with it. It does not require serious medical attention as it usually resolves spontaneously within 3 to 6 weeks.It is usually caused due to obstruction or rupture of a salivary gland duct.

Unlikely HIV,: But see your doctor for evaluation.  It could be something as simple as strep throat, but even then antibiotics are necessary. Consider having evaluation for std's for your own peace of mind especially if there was unprotected oral sexual behavior as a part of the encounter.

No but HPV does: Human Papilloma Virus is an STD that causes genital warts which are usually tiny (1-3mm) skin colored bumps. This virus leads to cervical cancer in women which is why there has been a big push to vaccinate teenage girls with the HPV vaccine. HIV attacks the immune system and usually takes years before it knocks our immunity down and then we are prone to a variety of illnesses we usually don't get.
