i have red spot at the left side back of mouth/throat. no pain when i swallow it's just in one small spot for 2 days.
no fever or any other symptoms?

If you don't have any symptoms, it is probably ok, although it is difficult for me to say for sure because I can't see it. If it is bothering you still, then a regular clinic appointment or walk-in clinic would be ok too.

Let a doctor look: There are commonly small blood vessels that are visible in the tissue under the tongue and sometimes they appear as a red spot.  Without seeing it, it would be hard to speculate.

found a little red spot on side of tongue this am.  only one.  very small like a larger pin head. .. just today. should i worry? maybe bit myself?

May be bite mark: There are a number of things that can cause something like this, most of which are not serious.  It could well be a bite mark.  It should heal quickly, in a few days.  If the area does not heal in 2 weeks, or gets bigger and more painful, it is time to see a dentist and have it checked.

Need more info!: How long has it been there?  Has it grown?  Since it is raised (the tongue can feel it), it should immediately be looked at by a dentist to make sure it is not something that needs to be removed.

Understandable how something you experienced like that could happen! stay away from area with brushing. There are medications OTC, example Zilactin ointment, which act as a topical ointment which will lessen tongue as area heals.

i have red nerves inside the mouth near gums and uvula also has a red spot on it. also i found pink bumps on the back of my tongue .pls suggest ?

How do you feel?: If you feel fine and what you report are incidental findings, everything is probably normal or at least within normal boundaries. The pink bumps are papillae, most likely circumvallate papillae- Google it) and have slight redness on the back of your throat might indicate irritation, allergies, etc. and nothing to be overly concerned about. However, if you're not feeling well, see your physician.

Red spot: it is possible that this red spot is caused by the Strep that you have, but there are also many other things that can cause red spots.  If it remains after you recover from Strep then see a dentist and have it checked.
