had pain in shoulder for a few months. hurt to teach up or out & now have pain in bicep with a small lump thats sensitive to touch. what could this be?

Complex Joint: The shoulder is a complex joint, & many conditions/ injuries  (rotator cuff injury, bursitits, tendonitis, labral pathology, etc).Can cause pain as described. The bicep pain coulld be something that developed secondary to any of the above, or the cause of pain altogether. I suggest a physician examine your shoulder to determine your best plan of care.

yesterday a quarter size bruise appeared on my left bicep randomly, then today i woke up with a bruise on my right bicep.both have a small lump inside?

Bruises: The lumps are most likely small blood clots under the skin due to leakage of blood from a capillary or vein. Trauma to the skin is the usual cause of such leaks, but if there was no inadvertent trauma while sleeping, then a disorder of blood coagulation from medications like aspirin or Aleve or a blood disorder would be suspected. If these bruises or blood nose, bleeding gums appear, see your MD.

sonogram on a small lump on top of my left bicep. told it appeared to be a lymph node. is a lymph node located here?  what would cause the pea size?

Normal: Yes, there are thousands of lymph nodes in our body, including over the biceps.  "Pea sized " is minimal enlargement  and knowing whether it is new or old would determine whether it will go away.

i have a hard, small lump on my left calf muscle, about an inch below the knee that i noticed 11 months ago. i have two similar hard small lumps on my right bicep and one on my left bicep. not painful?

Lipomas: most likely you are having lipomas, which is a benign fatty tumors. nothing to worry about, unless they becomes painful,pt increased in size. leave them alone, and you should be fine

i have about a dozen small (less than 1 cm) lumps on each calf and on each bicep/tricep, ranging from hard and round to softer and more oval. they don't cause any pain other than infrequent dull aches. they are below the level of skin, on the muscles?

Subcutaneous nodules: How long have you had this?- may be  multiple lipoma or fibroma or one of the long list of multiple subcutaneous nodules.
Diagnosis is by biopsy of one nodule.Consult your doctor.

it feels like a bruise in my biceps muscle underneath my arm halfway between the armpit and elbow. when i press it, it feels like a small lump.

Maybe: NO history is available but this may be a bruise of sorts. 
There may be a small vessel rupture and could have created a small lump called a hematoma. Have you looked to see if it appears bruised?
Also what have you been doing ?Have you been playing hard or roughhousing. See your doc and see if he can help you with this.

See an Ortho MD: Did this lump come after a trauma or just occur?  If after trauma or a pop in her shoulder, you have ruptured the long head of yor biceps. If you have weakness and/or pain it should be fixed. If you have not had trauma it needs to be evaluated. See an Orthopaedic surgeon.

Depends: Difficult to give a meaningful answer through this forum.  It depends on the exact location of the lump, its size, tenderness, any associated discoloration/rash, progression over time, etc.  An evaluation with a physician will be your best bet.  Good luck!

C Ur PCP : I would have it looked @. Could b a lipoma u have had 4 a while that became larger & now u notice it. Start with pcp & get a referral if needed.
