See an Ortho MD: Did this lump come after a trauma or just occur? If after trauma or a pop in her shoulder, you have ruptured the long head of yor biceps. If you have weakness and/or pain it should be fixed. If you have not had trauma it needs to be evaluated. See an Orthopaedic surgeon.
